Tesla has moved to the new portal,
, for managing service requests replacing the Energy Support Portal (previous service management platform).
Beginning January 1st, 2023
, customers will
be able to generate new support requests in the previous Energy Support application (energysupport.tesla.com) or via email to
. Any open requests will be viewable in the Energy Service application until January 16th , 2023
, after which the tickets will no longer be accessible.
